School and small/home office supplies, as well as arts and crafts items lie at the heart of our product portfolio. “Do it yourself” is an important part of PAGRO DISKONT – crafts, design and getting creative have high priority at all our discount stores. PAGRO likes to inspire customers, provide new ideas and guide them towards creating their own projects quickly and easily. Our in-house magazine “Ideenwerk” also encourages our customers to get creative. The product portfolio is rounded off with seasonal product highlights.

Our multi-channel strategy allows us to be even closer to our customers, seamlessly merging our online and offline shopping experiences in one great leap toward digital expansion. As a 100% Austrian business, we handle all online sales via our logistics center in the town of Muellendorf, in the state of Burgenland, as well as the Austrian postal service.

PAGRO has been supporting the Austrian Federal Ministry for Climate, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology (BMK) in their “clever shopping” initiative since 2007. As part of this initiative, PAGRO tags environmentally friendly products with a green “environmental tip” on the shelves of its discount stores. Special services such as recycling empty printer cartridges and providing battery collection stations are also part of our contribution to protecting the environment.

PAGRO DISKONT is a founding member of the “Jö Bonus Club”, an Austrian multi-partner program, offering customers a wide range of advantages from many different partners with just one loyalty card. Additionally, there is also a separate card for businesses and a card for educators, which offers special discounts and promotions.
